14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In line with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the last item in your order.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at support@venturetradesia.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and a confirmation.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging where possible.
4. Ship the parcel with a tracked service — return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

For hygiene, safety, and health-protection reasons, some items are not eligible for return once unsealed:

• Opened cosmetics, perfumes, and skincare (protective seal broken)
• Opened haircare products where the seal has been removed
• Personalised or custom-ordered items

Unopened, sealed products from these categories can be returned within the 14-day window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping.
