MacBook Air suits general office and knowledge work with its lighter, fanless design; MacBook Pro adds more sustained performance and ports, which matters for development, video or design work with heavier processing needs.

Apple's business-relevant range centres on the Mac line — MacBook Air and MacBook Pro laptops, plus Mac mini, iMac and Mac Studio desktops — used by design, development and creative teams as well as general knowledge workers. iPad models serve as portable, touch-first devices for field work, point-of-sale and presentation use.

Because Apple's ecosystem is tightly integrated, businesses adopting Mac and iPad hardware typically also need Apple-specific accessories and compatible peripherals; check specifications carefully since Apple's connector and charging standards differ across generations.

Apple hardware is priced in EUR with 21% Latvian VAT included, sourced through Softcat's eCat business distribution catalogue, and every order qualifies for free delivery over €100, 14-day returns and full VAT invoicing for company accounts.
